Shipping & Returns

 

Meticulous Attention to Workmanship
Our artists and cabinetmakers take great pride in creating beautiful products. Quality control is important to us. We inspect all merchandise before it is packaged to assure that it meets our standards. Characteristic of artistic creations, slight variations may occur due to the individually handcrafted nature of the products. Nevertheless we do our best to be sure your selection is uniform.

Return Policy and Procedures

Yes we realize that you may need to see a knob or switch plate when matching up colors with tiles, fabrics and the like. Orders for merchandise totals under $100 can be returned within 14 calendar days from the time you received your order for a full refund less shipping cost. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All other customer returns will be issued a merchandise credit less shipping cost and subject to a 20% restocking fee.

How To Submit a Return Request 

Login into your account. Under "Manage my account", select "Completed Orders". Select "Return Items" and fill in the required information. Submit your return request. You will be issued a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). The company will not accept packages without an RGA. Sorry, there are no returns after 30 days. All furniture sales are final.

Exchanges

All Merchandise can be exchanged for items with equal or greater value within 30 days less shipping charges. Follow the same procedure for submitting a return request. Under "Return Action" be sure to select "Replacement/Exchange" from the drop down menu.  

Oops

Any claims referring to errors in order fulfillment, defective merchandise or merchandise damaged in shipping, must be made within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. Please contact us by phone (415-332-6719) or email us and we will issue an RGA (returned goods authorization) and return label. The company will not accept return packages without an RGA.

Box it up carefully

Please be sure to package your items in the same fashion that you received them to be sure that they arrive to us undamaged. Your package must have a tracking number to assure that we recieved it! You will be notified when we receive your package. 

Shipping

All orders are shipped UPS ground or US priority mail from Susan Goldstick, Inc. in Sausalito, California. International addresses are shipped US priority mail. Orders are shipped complete. If for any reason there is a delay in shipping your order, we will contact you.  If you are ordering items that have varying delivery dates, we will consolidate your shipments into one order whenever possible. If you have a special shipping request please contact us. 

White Glove Service for Furniture  Shipments 

Susan Goldstick contracts service carriers that specialize in transporting valuable merchandise. Your furniture piece is wrapped in blankets and placed in the room.  No crates to dispose. This service is only available to the continental 48 states.  Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and international addresses requiring crating and incur an additional handling charge. Please contact us for a quote.
