Q1. Can I get a Susan Goldstick catalog?

A. As of the present time we do not have a printed catalog, we ask that our customers visit our web site for the most up to date product information.

 
Q2. How should I clean Susan Goldstick hardware?

A. All of our knobs and pulls are coated with a polyurethane varnish. We recommend a damp cloth with a mild soap for clean up.


Q3. Do you sell to the trade?

A. Yes we certainly do. We work with interior designers, architects, kitchen planners, retail stores and showrooms.  Please contact us for more information and policies. 

 
Q4. Is everything Susan Goldstick makes shown on the website?

A. Yes.

 
Q5. Do you take custom orders?

A. Yes. Knobs, pulls, drapery hardware, furniture can be customized. Please see "About Custom Orders" to learn how we work with special requests for custom color palettes and sizes.

 
Q6. Will I get assembly instructions for my furniture?

A. No assembly required! We use a special white glove delivery service. Your funiture is blanket wrapped and arrives completely assembled.

 

 Q7 Can I order a one-of-a-kind item that is out of stock?

A.Yes! Quantities may be limited. But as long as we have the production materials we can make up the item. Contact us via email or phone to process your order.
